What counts as a basic edit?
Text changes, swapping images, updating hours or prices, adding a short announcement - the everyday updates a business site needs. Bigger work like new pages, redesigns, or new features is quoted separately, and we will always tell you which one it is before starting.
Who owns my domain on a care plan?
You do. The domain is registered in your name - we simply handle the renewal paperwork and cost as part of the plan. If you ever leave, the domain goes with you.
Do I need a care plan to get a website built?
No. Care plans are optional. Every project includes handover documentation so you or anyone else can manage the site. The plan exists for people who would rather not think about it.
Can I cancel my care plan?
Yes, anytime. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Your domain stays yours and we hand over everything you need to run the site yourself or with someone else.
Why fixed quotes instead of hourly billing?
Hourly billing rewards slow work and punishes you for asking questions. A fixed quote means we share the same goal: a great site, delivered efficiently, at a price you approved before we started.
